WHAT DO I NEED TO START STORING MY GOODS ?


we will require the following,1. Two forms of ID, 2. payment (card, cheque, cash ) 3. A padlock (we also sell them).

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO STORE MY GOODS WITH YOU ?


This will depend on the size of the room you require. We suggest you either phone or call in and speak to a member of our helpful staff to ascertain your exact requirements. We can then quote you for the correct sized room to suit your needs.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TIME I CAN STORE WITH YOU?


Our minimum storage period is one month, there is no maximum period.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LEASE ?

No you do not. All you sign is a simple storage agreement which will take a few minutes to complete.

HOW OFTEN CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO MY GOODS AND HOW MUCH DOES ACCESS COST ?


You will have unlimited access to your goods 7 days a week during our opening hours. Access is free at store it.

DO I PAY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY AND HOW CAN I PAY?


We will invoice our customers calender monthly payable in advance. We are able to accept various payment options including direct debit, standing order, debit card, credit card, cheques and cash.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ?


The storage charge you are quoted is an all inclusive price including storage, service and maintenance charge and rates. There are no hidden charges. In addition we charge a security deposit equivalant to one months rental which is fully refundable when you vacate, subject to the unit being left clean, clear and undamaged.

DO I HAVE TO RESERVE A ROOM ?


We recommend that to guarantee the appropriate size room for your requirements you book and reserve your room well in advance

WHAT LEVEL OF SECURITY COVERS THE FACILITY ?


To ensure your goods are safe and secure we have the following security features
*Internal and external digital CCTV 24/7
*External security lighting
*Intruder alarm system
*Fire alarm system
*Your personel security pin code to access the building

DO YOU SUPPLY THE PADLOCK AND HOLD THE KEY ?


No. You need your own padlock to lock your room and only you hold the key. We do sell padlocks if you require one.

DO YOU SELL BOXES, TAPES AND PADLOCKS ?


Yes we sell a comprehensive range of boxes, tapes and padlocks. Call instore any time.

DO YOU HAVE STAIRS AND LIFTS ?


No, all our units are on the ground floor for easy access to all units

ARE ANY TROLLEYS AVAILABLE ?


Yes, we have various size trolleys and sacktrucks available free of charge for our customers.

WHAT CAN I STORE ?


You are able to store most goods in the rooms. There are some prohibited goods listed below,
Hazardous materials including flamable goods and explosives, living items including plants and animals, compressed gases, any illegal items or goods illegally obtained and any items that could decompose or emit any fumes or odour.

WHAT HEIGHT ARE THE STORAGE ROOMS ?


All our rooms are 10 foot high to maximise the storage space in each room.

CAN I MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM IF I NEED MORE OR LESS SPACE ?


Yes, you can move at any time to suit your requirements, subject to availability.

DO YOU OFFER A REMOVAL SERVICE ?


No. We specialise in being a self storage facility. We can advise you on local removal and van hirecompanies.

DO I HAVE TO LOG BOTH MY ENTRY AND EXIT TO THE BUILDING ?


Yes, this is for your and other occupiers security and to comply with health and safety regulations.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED WHEN I WANT TO LEAVE ?


We require 14 days notice in writing prior to you vacating your unit.


WILL YOU ACCEPT DELIVERIES TO MY ROOM ?


Yes, we are able to offer a service where we can hold a key and accept deliveries on your behalf by pre arrangement. Please ask instore for further details.
