INSURANCE

Here at Store It we believe all our customers’ goods are valuable, so why not insure them?

Store It IOW insures its buildings but not customer goods or possessions.  The goods you store are your sole responsibility.

It is a company condition that all customers goods and possessions remain insured (for their full replacement value on a “New for Old” basis) whilst they are in storage for the duration of their stay. All customers have the option of accepting insurance cover using our bespoke self storage insurance policy or arranging their own insurance (subject to proof of insurance before move in).

Cover is provided on a “New for Old” basis which means that in the unlikely event of a total loss your goods will be replaced for new as appropriate.

The policy we have is underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) and arranged by the industry specialist brokers, Basil Fry & Company Limited. Further details can be found on their website www.basilfry.co.uk

The company minimum insurance cover we can supply is £2000.
